We are resisting the Anti-DEI attacks through Advocacy Statements and Resources supporting groups that feel marginalized or “erased”. Our “Assist” approach focuses on monthly educational webinars and support communities such as the Career Resiliency Community for those who have lost jobs and the Embattled States Community for those doing DEI work in the states where attacks are coming from both the federal and state level. To move the profession forward, we have created a Multicultural, Multigenerational Working Group on Reframing DEI.
