OFFICIAL PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION
We have partnered with the Institute for Developing Across Differences (IDD) to offer the GDEIB Certified Practitioner Program.
Designed for professionals of all levels, this intensive 16-hour online program that uses real-world cases will help you more successfully administer the GDEIB, interpret results, and guide sustainable organizational change.
GDEIB Certified Practitioners stand out among their peers as:
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the origins, methods, uses, limitations, and key considerations related to the GDEIB,
- Applying this state-of-the-art tool to real world scenarios, and
- Articulating GDEIB principles, ethics, methods, and practices effectively.

95% of program participants — both very experienced and brand new GDEIB users alike — say: “Upon completion of the GDEIB Certified Practitioner program, I am confident that I can use insights from the GDEIB to recommend actions and measures to an organization to support its progress to higher Levels of the GDEIB.”

Spread over two weeks, successfully completing the course — which is made up of a mix of case-study based self-paced learning and live practice sessions with GDEIB experts and international peers — certifies you as officially qualified to use the GDEIB in your own organization or with clients.
